We really loved Portugal and appreciated all its
landscapes.
Viana do Castelo was great.
We loved the Refúgio da Vila; Staying in
Sintra
was
wonderful as it gave us such a beautiful introduction to
the country.

The evening I
spent climbing back up the hill for another view of the
Alhambra was magical. I also had a wonderful, partly solo,
hike in the national Park next to Salema in Portugal. The
quietness and the sense of being alone was a good cure for
some homesickness for our relatively empty California.
Lisbon is a city I will always remember. I want to go back.

We all enjoyed Portugal very much – the Fado bars of the
Moureiria and the Alfama, the wonderful food and wines,
the warmth of the Portuguese. It was a wonderful time for
all of us.

Portugal was great,
Lisbon
and Evora, a
town south of Lisbon. Belatedly, I read some about the
history of the country, and its revolution, and it's quite
fascinating. I really wish I had known more when I went.

of
Portugese wine; and I like Port for an after dinner drink.
In fact, I
really enjoyed Portugal.
I spent a
very wonderful vacation in Portugal couple of years ago.
Picked up a car at
Porto
airport and drove around the north by myself. I loved
Portugal and its people.

is what unites us together in perfect harmony. Portugal is

Portugal is such a magic
Country. I stayed 3 days in
Coimbra and
enjoyed its atmosphere full of tradition and happiness,
everybody is
always smiling and all the streets are full of University
students
that make the city so lively. Lisbon is one of the most
beautiful cities I've ever been to, the light that covers
it gives a new meaning to the word SAUDADE (that is what I
am feeling about it right now!) I suggest everybody to go
there and experience all the beauties of this Country.
